These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of [Just Saving Lives]'s products, services, and website ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Use of Services

a. You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

b. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

c. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

a. Students are allowed one free reschedule if they provide notice to [Just Saving Lives] at least [Please review policy page] hours/days prior to their appointment.

b. If a student fails to provide the required notice, a rescheduling fee may apply as outlined in our rescheduling policy.

c. Additional reschedules may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

d. Failure to appear for an appointment without prior notice may result in a no-call no-show fee.

Refunds

a. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a mistake made by [Just Saving Lives].

b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling requests initiated by the student, except as required by applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

a. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with our Services belong to [Just Saving Lives or its licensors. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
