COURSE INFORMATION: First Aid CPR AED is geared towards providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR CERTIFICATION: Part 1: 1 Hour Online Pre-Course Work Part 2: 1 Hour In-Person Skills Check Part 3: Receive Your AHA-Approved Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED card Most students finish the Online Pre-Course work and In Person Skills Check within 90 minutes. Please purchase your pre-course student materials at this link below (You must copy and paste) - https://elearning.heart.org/course/1164 DAY OF TRAINING: You will be given access to our facilities with all the equipment to practice on. Simply power on the iPad, and connect to the video conference link that your instructor will provide. You will practice on the video call with guidance of your instructor. The best part is everything is AHA Compliant! You can call the AHA directly to verify the legitimacy of the training. PAYMENT: The skills check fee is $85 and the student is required to purchase course materials from the AHA. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Refund Policy: Payments are 50% refundable once received. This is because we immediately begin working on your certification, which includes hiring instructors, securing facilities, and processing paperwork. Refunds are only available if an error is made by Just Saving Lives. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time, but payments are 50% refundable as per our refund policy. Reschedule Policy: You can reschedule once for free if the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule right after booking, you must do so within 1 hour of the booking. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $30 fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up without prior notice, a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
